You have purchased a license for ENCDataVault 7 software.
License Activation Problem
If your License fails to activate when installing the software, and your credentials are not recognized, this indicates a problem with your password or an error in our licensing system.
This license activation error can usually be resolved by removing the existing Settings folder on your target device and then resetting your password.
Before running the software installer file, please find and delete the following folders:
On your external USB drive: delete the "ENCDataVault70" folder
If you are installing DataVault on your computer:
delete "ENCDataVault70" from "C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\ENC Security BV\"
It should now be possible to activate the software with your credentials. If a problem still exists, please reset your account password, by following this link:
Please be sure your password has a minimum of 12 and a maximum of 16 characters, and includes upper case letters, numbers, and special characters.
